All classes are currently taught by Roberta Barnes. As you see on her bio page, her love for teaching Japanese styles of Reiki and Meditation was a natural progression. During Roberta Barnes' 11 yrs as a Reiki Shihan (teacher) she developed techniques that enable her students to learn in visual, auditory and kinesthetic styles.
In all levels of Reiki Roberta Barnes focuses on helping you to understanding the material covered in each class. She allows time between classes to give you the opportunity to assimilate the material and become familar with the energy new to you. Each student receives a manual that Roberta Barnes has written specifically for that level, based on her Reiki Shihans' manuals, notes she took in classes and her personal experiences.
If you are not able to attend Roberta Barnes' Meditation classes, you can still benefit from 2 of her guided meditations on the CD "Finding Your Solutions". CLICK HERE to order this CD, which contains 2 programs. Program One guides to hush the outisde world by focusing on the sound of your breath and your unique Ki. Roberta created Program Two after finding that often people are so focused on their problem that there is no energy left for the solution; when a problems overwhelms seeing the solution a relaxing guided meditation moves from being a luxury to being a necessity. This CD can also be purchased following any of Roberta Barnes' classes or healing sessions.

Universal love and harmony, aka Reiki, are amazing vibrations. When folowing through you they balance and surround with harmony, but they are different from your Ki. This workshop is focused on gathering all your Ki that is perhaps stuck in yesterday and scatttered in tomorrow. Once you learn to bring all your energy into Now, when allowing Reiki to flow through you and the volumn of your own energy can be amazing. |

Because this is a very important part of Usui Reiki practice, I commonly hold monthly gatherings. The opening Mawashi and Reiki that fills the room alone are powerful. Its purpose is to create a field of high-level healing energy, so that all participants can receive Reiki's benefit simply by being being around all those that are also channeling universal energy. |

This is for those people that have not yet begun daily meditation and those that want to go deeper. Being part of a weekly meditation group has an energy that natgurally flows into daily meditation. The peaceful energy winthin Natural Helaing & learning Center adds to the ease at which you go into meditation. Gendai Reiki-ho Shinpiden (level 3) This is a very spiritual level that take you even deeper as your vibration goes higher. Pre-registration and certificate for Level One & Two in a style of Usui Reiki Ryoho is required |
This is a deeply spiritual level using the fourth symbol, oftgen called master, to point the way to the consciousness of the higher dimensions. Roberta Barnes also guide you to be able to transcend the use of all symbols, so that you can continue on your Usui Reiki journey unencumbered by their weight. You learn to bring all the energies best represented by all the connected with the earth, moon, and sun into your daily practice of Reiki. This level is often thought of as psychological and emotional healing. The purposes of this level are to improve the quality of your ability to allow Reiki to flow and transcend space and time. Roberta Barnes is available on a variety of days to give talks on Healing Herbs, Usui Reiki Ryoho, and Energy through Nature. She often give talks at education facilities, libraries, agency and organizations meetings, and various group homes.
Meditation and either Shoden or Pre-Shoden levels of Gendai Reiki-ho can help children with studying habits and helps to prevent them from being adversely effected by peer-presure.
Roberta Barnes will travel to teach Gendai Reiki-ho or Komyo Reiki to a group. The size of the group depends upon the distance she must travel. Please contact me for details.
Roberta Barnes hosts monthly Reiki Koryukai (Reiki gathering/Reiki share) for all those having completed any level of any style of Usui Reiki Ryoho. Both refresher classes and gatherings open with Mawashi, a very powerful way of sharing.

It may appear small, but it is powerful written by Roberta Barnes is the perfect description of Shoden level (the entrance), in both Gendai Reiki-ho and Komyo Reiki. The pre-Shoden for children also relates to this article. Moms or Dads are welcome to stay through the class.
The third level called Shinpiden in Gendai Reiki-ho, is the spiritual level that takes you very deep inside universal energy. So deep that it was once called the mysterious or secret level. It raises spiritual awareness and gives an astonishing enrichment to all areas of life.
Reiki master/teachers of other styles of Usui Reiki Ryoho have studied this level with Roberta Barnes to enhance the spirituality of their practice. This level requires much assimilation followed by daily practice, which leads to what many people refer to as a transformation.
The fourth level called Gokuikaiden is the Shihan (teacher) level. As Hiroshi Doi wrote in his book "Iyashino Gendai Reiki-ho", It isw more proper to call it a training course for Reiki teachers than another step.
